Loved the service! Me and my family were in a jam. Our basement was flooded. I have a brother with autism and he really doesnt understand "Not to flush or use the water because we're getting flooded". We explained the situation to John, he was already closed and packed up for the night but came through!! Such a great guy! He explained that we should get the pipe drained twice a year to avoid back ups and flooding. He also was very informative. Best for less definitely has a new customer in us, hopefully for years to come.

My sewer drain clogs up 3-4 times every year and I have exhausted myself trying to find sewer drain cleaning service in NYC. M any that i've dealt with have poor customer service and look to drain your money rather than the sewer drain itself. The slop sink in my basement laundry room now drains properly! Believe it or not, for over 20 years, my family has had to deal with a very slow drain. No other service was ever able to snake it properly (couldn't make the turn in the pipe or something), and we've had multiple plumbers try. Anyway, when the washer was trying to drain and the sink overflowed the other day (on a Sunday morning, no less) and the basement flooded (what a mess!), we REALLY needed to get the issue addressed. John arrived, managed to clear everything out (he was able to make the turn), and for the first time since we moved into our house, we have a properly draining slop sink. No more worries.
